Dispute Resolution
We strive to provide excellent service and quality products through our website. However, in the event of any dispute, concern, or disagreement related to your use of our website or services, the following process will be followed:
1. Initial Contact Customers are encouraged to first contact us directly through our customer support at contact.renemilanwatch.ph@gmail.com/ renemilan.ph@gmail.com to try and resolve any issue in a prompt and friendly manner. We aim to respond and resolve concerns within 7 to 15 business days.
2. Mediation If the issue remains unresolved, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation with a neutral third party. Mediation may be conducted online (via video conferencing or email communication) depending on what is mutually convenient.
3. Arbitration If mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI) or a similar recognized body. Arbitration shall be conducted online. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
4. Governing Law This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
